Pre-Sales Technical Solutions becomes Solution Design & Services

Ingram Micro Pre-Sales Technical Solutions has a new name: Solution Design & Services (SD&S). Our new name better reflects the services and level of support we deliver today. 25 years ago, our team’s main task was to provide part numbers when customers called.
 

Today, our technicians ask probing questions to understand the end customers’ true business needs, then, make recommendations to provide the right solutions to best meet business needs.
