Ingram Micro’s Emerging Business Group (EBG) was created with you in mind
Your customers experienced a decade worth of technology adoption and business strategy changes adapting to work-from-home and other social distancing-driven mandates in the past year. Digital transformation is happening now, whether it’s a need for new technology, physical workplace design, work strategies, workflows or something else.
All these changes and demands put pressure on channel partners who are expected to be the trusted advisors to their customers. At Ingram Micro, we recognize these challenges and have come up with a solution to help.
Introducing the Emerging Business Group
The EBG is a new Ingram Micro division focused exclusively on creating customer opportunities for businesses like yours by connecting you with emerging vendors and innovative new technologies.
We were built on the experience of more than 60 Ingram Micro associates and their 10-plus years of experience bringing emerging vendors to market successfully. In addition, our partners can leverage EBG’s dedicated services, including sales support, solutions development, technical enablement, marketing and transactional support.
What’s an emerging vendor?
To qualify as an emerging vendor, a software, hardware or solution provider must meet the following criteria:
  • New—It could be a startup company or just new to the channel or IT distribution.
  • Complementary—The vendor must offer complementary features to the products and services our partners are already offering.
  • Value—Ingram Micro selected these vendors because of the exceptional value they provide to your customers in solving their business challenges.
EBG has 55 vendor solutions in the data center, cloud, networking and security categories focused on helping partners be more competitive, uncover new revenue streams and grow their businesses significantly. Many EBG vendors are also available on our General Services Administration (GSA), National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) and state, local and education (SLED) contracts.
Partner with Ingram Micro’s EBG team to help unlock, unleash and un-limit your opportunities for sales growth and increased profitability. We are hyper-focused on helping our partners add greater value and uncover new revenue streams. Our team is ready to learn more about your technology practice and share how our vendors can help broaden your solutions.
