Cisco Spark is at the end of sale and lacks several features available with Webex Calling such as the Webex Assistant and Webex PSTN. Also, selling Webex Calling comes with a new, more flexible licensing plan—Flex 3.0. Under Flex 3.0, partners will see lower pricing across the board, making it easier to beat out competitors and close more opportunities without having to get special discounts. Flex 3.0 includes additional discounts to incentivize customers to sign up for multi-year agreements, and it’s better aligned with the Cisco customer experience (CX) lifecycle strategy.
