, between March 1 and July 25, 2020 more than 80,000 businesses permanently closed. Among those still operating, they’ve had to adapt to new social distancing and sanitization requirements along with remote work strategies and other new business practices.
SolarWinds MSP surveyed 500 MSPs
across Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand, to gain insight into how MSPs are successfully navigating these changes and their views on the next 12 months in the market. The majority (59%) of surveyed MSPs have applied for government financial relief programs, with 74% receiving the help they needed. Additionally, more than 80% of respondents have continued operating at their pre-pandemic staffing levels and the majority of MSPs declared they’ve adapted their security services for work-from-home clients.
