Meraki has one of the most dynamic ecosystems within the Cisco brand to say the least. Last year, it launched new hardware and software that brought some of the bells and whistles of Catalyst switches to the midmarket, and doubled down on its investment in API services. The company also announced new licensing options for its wireless, switching and firewall portfolio. And to top it off, between September 16, 2020 and January 23, 2021, any partner who purchased a new Cisco Meraki cloud management license for 3 years or more received an additional year at no extra cost.
If you find that it’s difficult to keep up with Meraki announcements, or you’re always finding out about special deals after they end (like a free year of licensing), Ingram Micro is here to help. Dan Stewart, Business Transformation Center (BTC) engineer, and Bobby Young, technology consultant, Ingram Micro, will be hosting a weekly show focused exclusively on Meraki updates.
This new channel, called “Meraki Mondays,” begins Monday, April 5 and will air every Monday through the end of Cisco’s 2021 fiscal (end of July).
“There are several new offerings and updates coming to Meraki this year, including an expanded portfolio, and we want to make sure our partners hear about it first,” says Dan.
“We’ll be kicking off our first Meraki Monday with a recap of Cisco Live and the Meraki innovations and updates that were announced. We’ll also make partners aware of the latest equipment available in our Business Transformation Center (BTC) that they can demo with us for free.”
