Cisco CSaaS NFR Track: the smart way to build a Webex lab for demos and internal use
Your customers have a lot of choices when it comes to selecting a collaboration solution, and one of the best ways to convince them that Webex is the best choice is for them to see it in action.

The Cisco Not for Resale (NFR) Collaboration SaaS (CSaaS) Track was created with these points in mind, and it’s the best and easiest way for partners to earn up to $125,000 worth of Cisco Webex technology for internal use for free. Plus, partners who qualify for this track gain access to the Webex Control Hub, which not only enables them to manage their Webex licenses, but also allows them to provide 60- to 90-day Webex trials to their customers. After the trial period, partners can convert customers to paid subscriptions and manage them through the hub.

Here are the 3 steps to qualify for and select the CSaaS NFR Track:

Step 1: Become CSaaS specialized
To participate in the CSaaS NFR Track, partners must be CSaaS specialized. Partners who need this should use the Partner Program Enrollment (PPE) tool at www.cisco.com/go/ppe, where they’ll find all the necessary information, including a Cisco exam (760-680), which they must take and pass before moving to the next step.

Step 2: Enroll in the CSaaS Track
After obtaining a passing exam voucher, partners must enroll in the track on the Cisco Program Management and Application (PMA) tool: www.cisco.com/go/pma. After completing enrollment, the partner’s status will be updated to Select (this can take up to 24 hours to reflect).

Step 3: Select your NFR options
CSaaS licenses can be selected via the Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) tool (www.cisco.com/go/ccw) and configured through a Flex 3.0 subscription plan.

Under the “Deals & Quotes” tab, you’ll select “Create Deal,” and populate the partner, end customer and Cisco channel account manager information and select the “Create Deal” button. On the next screen, select the “Deal” tab and choose “Lab” in the “Intended Use” section. Under the “Price List,” U.S. partners should choose the “Global Price List U.S. Availability” option.

On the “Incentives” tab, select “Not for Resale (NFR Demo Lab)” under the Not for Resale category. Next, answer a couple of questions in the “Questionnaire” tab and after completing, add the bill of materials (BOM), click “Save” and continue. The pricing is generated automatically along with all eligible SKUs.

The final step is to select the “Submit Quote for Approval” button. Once the deal is approved, you will receive a notification via email.

Note: this track is for new Cisco partners only. There will be a special track for Cisco Unified Workspace for Partners (CUWP) released shortly, which will give CUWP partners the opportunity to transition their current cloud and on-prem license count to the new CSaaS NFR Track.
