. The portal is the perfect resource for Cisco Meraki partners to track deals, manage leads, access sales enablement, training, promotions and more.
In this 15-minute webinar, Kevin Wills, sr. solutions sales specialist at Ingram Micro, gives an overview of the portal, starting with the “My Business” tab on the home page, which opens the following options:
- My Deals—This tab is integrated to Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) deal registration and allows partners to register a new deal and create an estimate.
- My Leads—This section helps with new prospects and includes a customized referral link for end users to schedule free trials and demos of various Meraki solutions and equipment.
- My Meraki Reps—Do you have a customer with branch offices in other areas of the country? This resource helps partners locate other Meraki-certified partners who can assist with troubleshooting and solution selling.
Partners will also learn about several training resources, such as on-demand webinars focused on solution selling, lead generation and new product releases. New resellers will also like Meraki Fundamentals Introductory Training (FIT), a sales-focused e-learning program that introduces the Meraki solution.
