Craig points out two major ideas to remember about consumer and business solutions: 
  1. It’s about complete solutions, not individual products. Ingram Micro reps will never try to sell partners a product that doesn’t add value to the solution as a whole.
  2. Many consumer needs are now influenced by what’s available at their workplace. Work and personal tech continue to form bonds. Consumers don’t want their work’s solutions to be less intuitive than their personal technology.

In other words, the line between a consumer solution and a business solution is practically non-existent.
